120901 1941 I have for at least a decade been advising politicians to have everyone fingerprinted from birth --- and tracked also by DNA. Without such basic ID, crime control is fumbling in the dark. Of course, care is needed in using such methods; but they are used anyway upon the part of the populace already with “criminal record” --- by making it universal (and I mean universal --- everyone on the planet) we would improve performance also.

But that is still pathetic, and he is still Usurper --- and the situation with regard to USSC is still menacing to USA democracy. Let us imagine a loving married couple and they want to have sexual intercourse; now add a bunch of the boys, pals of the man --- they set it up so that it amounts to rape. You get the idea. They ruin the whole thing. Furthermore, institutional changes are desperately needed to protect us in future from such a mess which could well and truly be catastrophic. I have been and will continue to be discussing this.

I want noisy motor scooters banned.

I want noisy alarms on cars banned, and store alarms too.

I want a law against truculence (aggressive self-assertion, belligerence)(per Merriam Webster Ninth Collegiate Dictionary). For example, children who misbehave may have truculent parents, and same for dogs and cars and cops.

Builders must be required to POST the qualifications of whatever they build, as to safety and ecology, so one entering a building or using a bridge etc will know the facts and can reasonably estimate the risks. This applies also to roads and to motor vehicles and planes etc. Also the security record of a place or town etc. and constantly updated.

The government should publish periodically lists of how people die or are maimed or get sick, and require media to proclaim all this.

Media should be required to truly educate the people comprehensively, not fixate on one issue or sports and ignore the endangered species, or health in the boondocks.

If the theory is valid that global warming is largely caused by solar exigencies independent of mankind´s behavior, still we can improve matters by balancing our activities with a view to the rhythm of solar effects, like a farmer follows the seasons, we can adapt to the solar swings and roundabouts, instead of exacerbating crises by obsessive venal myopia.

Females especially should be taught in public-school about the cycle of their procreative capacity, so as adequately to plan the scenario of their romantic experience.

Sexual partners should be required to inform each other as to procreative intensions in a clear and timely fashion.

The use of caste signs by Hindus in Western countries should be forbidden, as caste is quite alive and well in India, thank you, and is a form of vicious racism.

Population control is dictated by the needs of survival of species besides the human, and the nostrum that there is enough food for everyone is a menace, partly because it ignores the constraints of water requirements, as well as the needs of other species for land safe from people. In the meantime, poaching-industries are coddled while they should be gone after as actively as USA now pursues terrorists. There is no excuse for the great apes being eaten.

We often find out about disasters too late, e g, the British rate of hospital accidental death climbing drastically in the 1990s. And I often wonder what actually is done after the media report some scandal --- perhaps nothing. Britain now says it will cut the rate by 40% in 4 years. Gee. And does that also refer to infection deaths? I guess not. And what about Norway, Oslo, or your own country? And why does it happen? Fatigue? Language? Stupidity? Because “they” can get away with it? Would it be terrorism to kill irresponsible people in charge?! A friend of mine was three days in hospital here (Louisenberg) last year, before it was noticed that he was not getting the medication --- fortunately he was not harmed, but no one even reported it, such is apathy. My attitude is contempt. Ah, yes, and horror.

Is Ralph Nader the worst Arab-American terrorist? There should be a law against such campaigns as his in the 2000 Presidential election: Such campaigns must be limitted to Congress or below. They are chaotically irresponsible attacking the castle of either party, i e, the Presidency. The White House is a defensive position basically. It protects vs the other party.

How come USA does not extensively broadcast Classical music (like Beethoven)? Fixating on commercial pop is not truly representative, and is a self-fulfilling disaster. Much complaint vs Western Culture is justifiably shared by many of us patriots, and I am exasperated by our wallowing in the lesser manifestations of our culture internationally. I am reminded of this by Oslo broadcasting classical music 24-7, while i hope the local Moslems are often moved by it even as myself.

I fail to comprehend how we can have tolerated all these many decades the evil practice of what is euphemistically called “female circumcision” --- the eunuch Cofi Anan should have every day got up in UN to decry it. What progress there is is far too slow (Kenya has recently forbad it under 17 years old, whatever that may mean).

The President must be prevented by law to prevent (or interfere with) investigation of FBI (except for the most exceptional reasons). Now we see yet again the underlying fascist mentality of the current Usurper adminstration, which indeed is consistent with its origin in the collapse of USA Supreme Court.

There must be a separate court to deal with problems like the 2000 Presidential election, as the USA Supreme Court is by definition the creature of the White House, since no Congress can actually prevent the President from having his way eventually as to appointments. That is the logic behind the rule that the States must settle such matters --- but apparently that escape is inadequate: otherwise, the Florida Supreme Court would have given the USA Supreme Court the finger. Anyway, it would truly be better with an independent specially constituted panel --- USA Supreme court has to be relied upon to be impartial generally, but only a fool (especially now) could naively believe ...

Justices (judges) on the USA Supreme Court must not be installed for life: a reasonable long term can be established (say, 16 years generally) , and a rhythm developed so as to prevent a bunching up of power-to-appoint in the hands of one President.

onsdag 16. januar 2002 20:48 What is the legality of FBI and CIA working hand in glove --- as I recall this is a matter of separation into domestic police and foreign intelligence etc. This should be clarified one way or another, perhaps by watchdog. But i hope it is not ignored until scandal occurs.

Gee, I see where “alcolok” , which is a device to prevent drunks from driving, is in use in a limitted way --- but as any fool can plainly see, it should long have been ubiquitous etc, and would have been if people were not sub human beasts, just like those who fly in unsafe planes.
