As i proceed I will focus in on law re relationship between each child and both genetic parents, but here, to warm up: 31may2001 hello. re Florida crap: it seems to me that there was a Constitutional crisis as soon as The Supreme Court in Washington D C took on the case; as I understand it The Constitution (amendment)(or a law) specifies that with regard to election of President/VP the national Supreme Court is excluded: it seems obvious to me that the logic for that is that the judges (called pretentiously pompously “Justices”) on that court are appointed by the President (the advise, consent provision does not change that), so it is absurd for them to decide matters leading to the election of the President. And what is to be done against Supreme Court judges (quaintly called Justices) who betray the Constitution (law)? The system appointing them for life is absurd. CHANGES ARE NEEDED!!! THERE MUST BE A WAY TO GO OVER THE HEAD OF USA SUPREME COURT IN INSTANCES OF FAILURE IN A SPECIFIC ACTIVE EVENT LIKE THE FLORIDA FIASCO. Appealing to Congress is not adequate. It is obvious that altho party loyalty may be insignificant in most cases, it is decisive in active events based on party, as re Florida. Maybe we need a special court, specially constituted, to handle such cases, also removing them from the states´ Supreme Courts. 31MAY2001PM HELLO. ( HERE ARE A FEW ITEMS INSERTED FROM OTHER SECTION:) The perverse folks here would seem intent on selling down the river to private investers the basic local Oslo Norway public transportation system instead of making it free to ride as a true public service. This matter cannot truly be considered without challenging the established perverse norms of brain-washed mind- set in the skulls of so-called economists --- for what is economics??? What is wealth??? As we proceed to dismantle the Frankenstein monster falsely representing human economics, my philosophy of true economics will reveal itself with the glorious clarity of modern anatomy --- economics is yet in the stone-age. But of course so is Law. Another matter similar to public transportation is the TV license fee. Imagine the money to be saved if this absurd anachronism were eliminated: by simply supporting the national TV and radio stations thru automatic taxation (presumably equitable), many waste (“make-work”) jobs would be eliminated. The same applies to public transportation. (Consider the waste and inefficiency involved in tickets etc) If it could be shown that rationalization of these public services would cause ineffective service, only then could the systematic inefficiency be justified. But surely many public services are more difficult to operate than Oslo Sporvei (Oslo public transportation basically) and the national TV/radio---the fire department does not bill for services, nor do the police, nor the military etc. It is partly a matter of principle: the principle of community. Fire spreads, so we do not allow discrimination as to putting it out. Unfortunately, other contagions are less blatantly threatening--- so there are indeed private police, private education, private medicine, payed for not according to need or according to threat to the entire community, but instead on the sole basis of private wealth. But it cannot be claimed that there is a hierarchy of skill significant in such a standardized task as running busses etc, to compare with medical care or education. There must be reasonable guidelines as to how private requirements may be asserted in a so-called democratic egalitarian society. Capitalism must not be permitted to excuse every excess of egotism. Myopia is the besetting sin of Capitalism. (by the way, stagnation is that of socialism, i e, assuming that the future is defined based on the problems of today --- ignoring CHANGE) And full employment is the perversion of the demand for security. To fear loss of such jobs as are not productive, leads job-holders to oppose wealth creation. To refuse to see the whole board and the full future leads investers into pits of economic pettiness. Wealth is a function of relationship. Relationship is the enemy of reification. The false notion that wealth is the grabbing of things or the symbols of things is stupid. 31may2001hello. I suggested to a professional in labor administration here a few days ago that a study should be done as to how the myriad wasted workers absorbed in collecting the TV license fee and the tickets for public transportation, might specifically be profitably employed otherwise, and he really liked that. ah, POWER!!!
