This is so secret, I don´t know what is in it.

180901 1829 about sept 11,2001: Interesting coincidence that Taliban go after supposed Christian missionaries and Buddhist statues and then the catastrophe. What if certain people in FBI etc decided to let it happen so Taleban would be attacked; and what if judgment is unbalanced because of these matters, and on both sides, with Taliban figuring the white man will come to get them so they may as well be bellicose. Or are certain people able to sabotage (even willy nilly) effectively, because we rely too much on individual performance (e g Ms Meisner ( Meissner?), until recently in charge of Immigration and Naturalization Service )? What if that guy had not thought of the moon rocks absent from Apollo 13, or decided (even unconsciously) to keep quiet? It is no good to blame stuff on “human error” --- every human error is the fault of the system that allowed it.
