Of course I should have originally have prevented that poblem by at the outset of the divorce insisted on mutual custody; but maybe not. Anyway, the divorce process had begun when the child was about four and a half years old; and now she was twelve and a half years old. In the meantme, as opposed to eight years earlier, mutual custody was the rule rather than the exception. But I never did get mutual custody.

The original judge had manipulated my daughters position (age almost twelve) in the dispute to distort her responses in his interview of her and convince her to oppose my seeking mutual custody.
